Return Conditions
If a return is approved:

  • The item must be returned in the original condition it was received.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping, unless otherwise stated by the vendor.  Refunds will be issued when the item arrives back at the Vendor.
  • Buyers have three (3) calendar days to drop off the return item with the shipping carrier, or the payment will be released to the seller, and the sale is final.

All vendors on EquiFinds follow the same Return & Refund Policy to ensure a consistent and secure shopping experience for buyers.

Claim Window
Buyers have 72 hours from the time of delivery to report any issues with their purchase.

Eligible Claims
Returns or refunds will only be considered for the following:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item is significantly not as described

To file a claim, buyers must contact EquiFinds by chat or email info@equifinds.shop and provide supporting photos or details within the 72-hour window.

Non-Eligible Reasons
Returns and refunds will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • Changed mind
  • The item didn’t fit
  • Delivery delays
